Warranty Coverage We stand behind the quality of our flashlights. All flashlights purchased from our online store are covered by a limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

  • Standard flashlights: 5-year warranty
  • Batteries: 1-year warranty

Warranty Period The warranty period begins on the date of purchase as shown on your receipt or order confirmation. What's Covered Our warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Malfunctions under normal use
  • LED failure
  • Switch failures
  • Circuit board issues

What's Not Covered The following are not covered under this warranty:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents)
  • Damage from accidents, misuse, or abuse
  • Water damage (unless the flashlight is specifically rated as waterproof)
  • Modifications or repairs by unauthorized personnel
  • Loss or theft

How to Claim Warranty To claim warranty service:

Warranty Service Upon receiving your email, we will:

  1. Inspect the product to verify the warranty claim.
  2. Repair or sent replacement part of flashlight.

Additional Terms

  • Shipping costs to our service center are the responsibility of the customer.
